If your tickets are missing

If you used Apple’s Hide My Email feature
If you ordered tickets on an Apple device and used Sign in with Apple with the Hide My Email feature, your tickets may be associated with a hidden Apple-generated email address. This means if you sign in to Theventbrite with your personal email address, your tickets won’t appear because they’re linked to the hidden email address instead.
To check the email address associated with Theventbrite in your Apple settings:
Open the Settings app on your Apple device.
Select your name at the top.
Select Eventbrite from the list of apps (if available).
If Hide My Email was used, you’ll see an email address ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com.
To access tickets ordered with a hidden, Apple-generated email:
Go to Theventbrite and log out of your account.
Select Sign in with Apple and complete the sign-in process.
Go to Tickets.
Your tickets should appear once you’re signed in to the correct account.
