What does effective leadership really look like in 2026?

Join us on 23 April for Westpac Smarts with Kirsten Patterson (KP), Chief Executive of the Institute of Directors New Zealand, for a practical and thought-provoking session on the leadership lessons that matter.

Drawing on years at the coalface of governance and executive leadership, KP will share the insights she’s gained throughout her career - and the essential tools every leader needs in their leadership toolkit to navigate complexity, build trust and drive performance.
