The CLEAR Conversation : Part of the Relational Skills Series
Learn the CLEAR Conversation—simple tools for communication, boundaries, and dating with more clarity, honesty, and ease.
Let’s be honest…
Most of us were never actually taught how to communicate in dating or intimacy.
We just:
- guess
- overthink
- avoid saying what we really want
- or say yes when we mean “hmm… not really”
…and then wonder why things get confusing 😅
This workshop is about changing that.
The CLEAR Conversation is a practical, interactive workshop focused on communication, boundaries, and real-life relating.
You’ll learn:
- how to say what you actually want (without it being awkward)
- how to recognise your yes, no, and maybe
- how to stay connected even when desires don’t match
- how to stop guessing—and start having clear conversations.
We'll explore:
The CLEAR Conversation
A simple framework you can use before intimate connection
→ to create clarity, consent, and ease
Awareness & Choice
→ noticing your yes / no / maybe
→ giving yourself space to choose (instead of reacting)
Staying Connected While Being Honest
→ how to say no without shutting things down
→ how to redirect (“not that, but this”)
Owning Your Desires
→ getting clearer on what you actually want
→ expressing it without apology or confusion
This is not a therapy group or anything intense.
It’s:
- grounded
- practical
- a little bit interactive (at your own pace)
- designed for real-life dating and relating
✨ Expect:
- simple tools you can actually use
- guided (low-pressure) exercises
- a relaxed, respectful space
👀 This is for you if:
- you’ve ever said yes when you meant no
- you struggle to ask for what you want
- dating sometimes feels confusing or unclear
- you want more honesty and ease in connection
- You have found yourself confused in the dating world and not getting what you want.
