This afternoon session repeats the technical information from the morning session for the product groups below. Model updates, understand how to select the best product for a job, and details to help with service and repair work.

Electric Hot Water Storage –

Covering domestic Heat Pump models and traditional cylinders

Gas continuous flow –

Model updates, installation, commissioning, service, fault-finding and warranty

Boiling water –

Lazer, Zip and On-Tap underbench models explained, live demonstration of Lazer sequence of operation which will also help with On-Tap fault-finding

Refreshments will be provided.
