Our Auckland Innovation Learning Centre is complete and we're kicking off Training For Tradies sessions running throughout 2026.

Electric Storage water heater Training

We'll start the morning session with a quick 30 minute Factory walk-through to show the internal construction of the storage cylinders and talk about the benefits of each model type. The afternoon session will include the Factory walk-through at 1:30pm when production begins after lunch break.

Back in the ILC we'll be able to explore the element and thermostat configurations available to see how Twin and Dual set-ups differ, and the purpose of each. Also covered is the element design, replacement compatabilty and which elements are more suitable for various water quality types.

We'll go through commissioning points to show how get the units safely up and running to avoid any Warranty issues. We'll cover real world faults, how to work through diagnostic sequences, and how to use service manuals for help.

We have tools available to use for this session.

The group sizes are limited to 8 maximum to give everyone a chance to have some hands-on work and allow us to deal with individual issues.

If you'd like to join one of these sessions please select the date and time slot required. We're running an early morning session (7:30 - 10:30am) which repeats on some days in the afternoon (12 - 3pm) to offer as many options as we can.
