A one-day masterclass, focussing on the fundamentals of governance,designed for experienced faith-based leaders to deepen their knowledge.

Advanced Governance – Governing for Greater Impact is designed for experienced faith‑based board leaders who want to deepen their governance practice and engage with more complex strategic and organisational challenges. Building on the foundations established in BoardCraft, this programme is particularly suited to seasoned Board Members, Chairs, and senior leaders navigating increased complexity, growth, or transition.

Led by Dr Peter Crowe, the workshop draws heavily on participants’ lived experience and uses practical case studies to explore board effectiveness, strategic oversight, and governing for long‑term impact. Participants receive tailored resources and benefit from robust peer discussion within a trusted learning environment.

As with BoardCraft, Advanced Governance connects participants into a Community of Practice, recognising that good governance is strengthened through ongoing reflection, learning, and relationship.
